An Invitation to live "something else"

This journey is aimed at those who love Meditation as a path to recognize who "you really are," internally aware that it is possible to live this life in Fullness, in Peace, and of course, lovers of Pure Nature. People who love to walk through the high mountains, to dissolve in the natural beauty that this wonderful planet offers us, and to explore the still living society of Tibetan culture in the Ladakh region, in the Indian Himalayas.

The first trip I organized in this area was in 2009. Throughout all these years, Ladakh, a remote and isolated area for centuries, has been opening up and connecting to the outside world, as has India, the country to which it belongs.

And with this physical opening, the route I offer you and its duration have also changed. It varies between 20, 17, or 15 days.

Throughout the journey, we practice living with a present mind, in silence, open to the moment of life that is, that you are.

Meditation in the everyday

We teach the mind to stop telling stories and to open up to living and recognizing the Real, what Is, what You Are.

It's Meditation in the everyday, moment to moment. As we ascend a 5200m mountain pass, as we eat with a Ladakhi family in their home, as we sit on the roof of the minibus, traversing valleys that connect us with isolated villages in these rugged mountains.

While we admire in awe the mural paintings in centuries-old monasteries or attend "pujas" (daily prayers) in which the entire monastic community participates, while we bathe in the icy waters of rivers originated by the melting of glaciers, while exhausted after a long hike in the high mountains, we reach the camp where our team awaits us with hot tea and snacks.

Or while at dawn, the whole group gathers in nature, surrounded by peaks of spectacular beauty, in Silence to "meditate".

It's wonderful for me to share the surprising discovery of many people who at the beginning of the trek thought they were incapable of crossing such high mountain passes, who believed they were suffocating due to lack of oxygen, and to reach a 5200m pass, recognizing that limitations, obstacles, fears, only exist in the mind: when you don't believe them, they disappear.

And that's my job, I'm with you guiding your mind to be silent, to open up to experiencing what is, moment to moment, here-now, instead of telling the story of what you can or cannot do before it happens. And it's that Real experience that transforms.

You live, you experience for yourself, you discover yourself.

Infrastructure and guidance

I organize all the infrastructure and guidance so that you can experience yourself in total flow, allowing life to take you on an adventure and discovery of "yourself," sharing in a group and at the same time completely "you with yourself."

Throughout the journey, I invite you to go in silence, to take your space and dissolve in the immense beauty of these mountains, to listen to the silence.

The journey begins with a 3-day silent retreat and meditation at a luxury resort. The group has a maximum capacity of 8 participants who do not know each other. Each of you comes from a different place and with a different past.

You will meet from silence, not from each one's personal story. You don't have to prove anything or hide anything. A journey from the present that you are. Innocence, without burden, without past. And you recognize how you experience reality when this happens. In the Real.

We experience accommodations in luxury hotels, in the simplicity of Ladakhi houses, and in tents during the trekking days.

We travel by road in a private minibus with a capacity for 24 people where only we travel. Whenever possible, we sit on the roof of the minibus, which I equip as comfortably as possible, which is impressive, like surfing through the mountains (we travel at very low speeds).

The planet and humanity are changing very rapidly. Pure nature and non-globalized societies are disappearing, while our minds are entering constant processes of high activity, much fiction, and little presence.

This journey I offer you is an invitation to live "something else."
